Stafford County Bond Records
RRJ's bond page says the jail is authorized to provide only name, charge, court, and bonding information about current inmates. It also says RRJ does not give out court dates or release dates for security reasons. Bond can be posted seven days a week, but release is not automatic until all checks and paperwork are complete.
Cash bond is posted with the magistrate or court. Property bond requirements should be checked with the magistrate. If a bail bondsman is used, RRJ will not process release until all parties are on premises and the bondsman supplies required paperwork.
